I really recommend steering clear of this company. Within just a couple of months, my credit score took a nosedive, dropping from 746 to 570. Every time I reach out, I get a different representative who gives me conflicting information. I ended up needing to hire a credit hacker to fix my credit. Check out 1andonlyblitz on Instagram; this guy managed to reverse the damage and remove all the negative marks. Consolidated Credit depends on a third-party recruiting agency, and the staff often struggle to provide clear updates or explanations. My entry into a consolidation program was misrepresented; I was actually placed in a debt relief program that I didn’t even need. Since I’m the only one who ever asks for updates, communication is practically nonexistent, and there seems to be a lack of direction or leadership. This business is definitely not something I would recommend.

This was my first go at using this online platform.

I submitted three credit cards for debt relief, and two of them went through fine. However, the third card has been stuck for over six weeks now, and I still haven't received any payment or activation. I've got autopay set up, but I'm racking up late fees—27% interest instead of the agreed-upon 3%. I missed the due date, which led to those late charges. I've talked to a supervisor, but no one seems to be able to help. It's a really frustrating experience, and nothing's been resolved yet.
